The classes in this workshop will be taught in the tradition of B. K. S. Iyengar and all levels are welcome. Janet will guide each student to work at her/his own level to explore all areas of the practice of yoga asana: standing poses, forward extensions, backward extensions, inversions and twisting poses.
This will be Janet’s sixth year teaching at the Gualala Arts Center.
Students may bring lunch or go out on the two-hour break on Saturday.
About the Instructor
JANET began her study of Iyengar Yoga in the late 70’s in London.
