***PLEASE NOTE: If indoor Saville Kitchen (or any other indoor room) is needed for any reason (including access to dishwasher), all day, entire building rental will be required.  Renter is advised to either use disposable place settings or rent dishes, glassware, etc to avoid this charge.

All day wedding/large event includes the entire building for $7,500 rental fee,
$750-$1,500 security deposit required (depending on logistics)

Notes:

  • Hourly rates are not available on Saturdays for private events. All day, entire building rental is required for all private Saturday rentals.
  • Hourly charges begin when setup begins, and end when breakdown ends.
  • Set up and breakdown on days other than rental day & time
    will be charged standard rental rates.
  • Events after 4pm: $25 per hour staff fee
    ($20 per hour for non-profits)
  • Non-profit organizations receive a discount as follows:
    • 50% discount Sunday – Thursday
    • 30% discount Friday
    • 10% discount Saturday

Notes:

  • Gualala Arts will be glad to help secure third party staff for end-of-night cleanup and/or dishwashing; however, the renter is required to pay these workers directly, no later than the day of the event.  Hourly rate must be worked out with the third party cleaning/dishwashing crews in advance.
  • All weddings and other private events that require food preparation on-site must use a professional catering company, which includes serving and bar tending staff.
