Beo String Quartet, composed of brothers Jason and Sean Neukom on violin, Sandro Leal-Santiesteban on viola and Ryan Ash on cello, has performed more than 140 concert works and premiered 65 new pieces in venues across the U.S., South America and Europe. The quartet, whose name means “to make happy” in Latin, was founded in 2015 when the Neukom brothers recorded a song by Sean called “Happy, Happy.” Since then, the quartet has established its own publishing company, recording studio and label, NeuKraft Records, and has collaborated with composers, artists and educators to create diverse and engaging musical experiences.
