The Gualala Arts Chamber Music Series is pleased to welcome internationally acclaimed pianist Greg Anderson, an artist whose mission has long been to make classical music a powerful, relevant, and deeply engaging force in contemporary culture. Over the past two decades, Anderson has built a remarkable career as a pianist, composer, curator, and filmmaker—crafting performances that captivate audiences and expand the reach of classical music worldwide.

His impact is far‑reaching. Anderson’s live tours have spanned four continents and 24 countries, his music videos have earned more than 30 million views, and his compositions are performed over a thousand times each year. His work has appeared across major media platforms—from PBS and MTV to Oprah and Will & Grace—and has inspired everything from a Korean television drama to a 150‑person production at the Drum Corps World Championships.

As a touring artist, Anderson has performed as a soloist, duo pianist, and chamber musician throughout Europe, Asia, Oceania, and North America. His recital and concerto engagements have taken him to many of the world’s leading concert halls, including Carnegie Hall, David Geffen Hall, the Kennedy Center, Munich’s Hercules Hall, Beijing’s National Centre for the Performing Arts, the Seoul Arts Center, and Singapore’s Esplanade. He has appeared at major festivals such as Gilmore, Mostly Mozart, Aspen, Santa Fe, Chautauqua, Tippet Rise, Orford, Bowdoin, Ventura, Carmel Bach, and the Minnesota Beethoven Festival.

Anderson has performed with orchestras across the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., including San Francisco, Vancouver, Calgary, Boulder, Winnipeg, St. Paul, Rochester, Hartford, and Liverpool.
