The Architectural Tour, Wine Tasting & Auction has come to be identified with the Soroptimists International of Mendocino-Sonoma Coast, Inc., which happens each year on Mother’s Day weekend. The SIMSC Architectural Tour is a self-guided tour of new, newly remodeled, and historically significant homes on the northern Sonoma and southern Mendocino Coast at The Sea Ranch, and homes in Anchor Bay.
The Gualala Arts Wine Tasting and Auction is the premier wine event on the Sonoma-Mendocino coast, showcasing award-winning wineries offering an exceptional selection of their finest wines. Guests can participate in a silent auction featuring an array of wine-related lots available for bidding throughout both days of the event. Hosted at the Gualala Arts Center—an architectural gem nestled among the redwoods—the event takes place in a stunning auditorium and foyer.
The Korbel Champagne Preview offers a sophisticated evening of wine tasting, allowing attendees to place early bids on exclusive wine lots while exploring raffle prizes and captivating art exhibits.

Everything starts with the Korbel Champagne Preview the Friday before the auction, where people have a chance to put in early bids and view the wines, raffle items, and art exhibits before the tasting on Saturday. Many local wineries and businesses donate premium auction lots such as bottles of award-winning wines, wine related gifts, luxurious lodging packages, golf packages, winery tours, and other great items. Make what you hope to be winning bids on your favorites, knowing that the proceeds will help promote public interest and participation in the arts. Dear Winery owners and wine Enthusiasts,
We are pleased to welcome back the Soroptimist Architectural2025 ATWT Sponsor Opportunity Tour, Wine Tasting & Auction, which is scheduled for Friday & Saturday, May 9th & 10th . The weekend kicks off at the Korbel Champagne preview Friday afternoon form 4-6pm. The Wine Tasting & Auction will take place in the Colman Hall and outside in the beautiful Gualala Arts Gardens from 3-5 pm, following the Architectural Tour from 10 am – 3 pm on Saturday.
Gualala Arts would like to invite you to donate and/or sponsor this fabulous event in 2025.
You can always make a cash donation and sponsor the event with a check or online payments at one of our sponsorship levels $500 and up.
Wineries we are requesting that you donate a magnum, and or case, rare and unique items for our silent auction and raffle. The proceeds will fund Gualala Arts mission to promote public interest and participation in the arts. Please see the application/donation form for donation ideas. The only limit is your generosity and imagination. We are anticipating between 400 – 600 guests to visit us.
