Gualala Arts is pleased to present “Coast on Silk,” an exhibit of fine and wearable art on silk by Natasha Foucault. The exhibit will open on Friday, January 10, from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Jacob Foyer and will be on display until February 9.

Natasha Foucault, inspired by the beauty of the Mendocino Coast, has been creating fine and wearable art on silk for over 30 years. She has also taught at the Mendocino Art Center, allowing her to spend time in the area and enjoy nature.

“I had fallen in love with the Mendocino Coast more than 30 years ago when I moved to California. All these years, I’ve been creating fine and wearable art on silk inspired by its beauty. I have been coming to the Mendocino Coast for many years, which allowed me to spend time in the area enjoying nature and sometimes enjoying another passion, mushrooms. And now I would love to share my art with people who live in the most amazing place,” says Foucault.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. Join us to experience the unique and beautiful wearable art inspired by the scenic Mendocino Coast.
