1. NEW this year we are combining with Arts fair to re-brand and call our event: Wheels, Wine & Wares! (yes & beer)
2. The Gualala Arts Auto Show will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at the Gualala Arts Center, 46501 Old State Highway in Gualala, CA 95445. Show hours for public attendance will be 10 am – 4 pm
3. Registration fee is $50 per vehicle and includes 1 event T-Shirt and dash plaque. Additional shirts can be ordered with your entry for $20 each, tax included. T-Shirts will be $25 on the day of the show
4. This show will NOT be juried, but it will be judged and trophies will be awarded. Class trophies, Judges’ Awards, People’s and Ladies’ Choices and other special awards
will be presented
5. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served, basis. Less than 100 entries will be accepted
6. Entries must be received at Gualala Arts Center by june 15 in order to receive a free event T-Shirt as part of the entry. Entries will be accepted after June 15 but will not
include a free T-Shirt, you can order & pay for it on form and purchase at the event. It is expected that the show will be full, so we do not anticipate accepting entries the day of the show
7. Scroll Down to Enter or  fill out an Entry Form completely and clearly, and SIGN both Signature lines. We also ask that you send a description of your vehicle and 1 or more digital images (JPG, GIF, TIF format) to KendraGualalaarts@gmail.com
after you have submitted your entry. These will be used for the event web page and print publicity. By submitting your entry you agree that any images of you and/or your
vehicle may be used by Gualala Arts 
8. Check in for pre-registered vehicles will be Friday, July 19, 2023 from 2-4 pm will be at the Dolphin Gallery located in the Sea Cliff Center. 39140 CA-1, Gualala, CA
95445 Check in will also be accepted Saturday morning starting at 8:30am at the Gualala Arts Center
9. Participants can arrive for the show on Saturday morning starting at 8:30am. The Auto Show Coordinators will assign show parking spots. Requests to park
together or to be in a specific spot will be considered, but the final decision of where your vehicle will be parked will be up to the Auto Show Coordinators. If you are part of a group that wants to be parked together, please have all of the entries from your
group note this in the Other Information section of the entry form. No vehicles will be allowed on the groundsbefore 8:30 a.m. and may only be parked in their
assigned spot after 8:30 am. Any unattended vehicles on the grounds prior to 8:30 am will be towed at the owner’s expense- all vehicles must be parked by 9:30 am.
10.Judging is from 9:30 am to noon. on Saturday. The Awards Ceremony will begin at 3 pm
11. Continental breakfast will be available for purchase on the Gualala Arts Center grounds from 8:30 – 10 am Lunch will be available for purchase on the Gualala Arts Center grounds from 11 am – 3pm.
12.Lodging and Restaurant suggestions for the area are available at GualalaArts.org by clicking Visitor Info on the left hand menu
13.Proof of vehicle registration and current insurance will be required at Check In. No proof, no entry and no refunds! No “For Sale” signs on vehicles during show
14.Classifications this year overall categories:
Stock – Custom/Modified – Electric/Hybrid
Sports Car – Hot Rod Other special trophies will still be awarded
