2022 Annual Members Meeting & Volunteer Recognition

The Annual Membership Meeting took place Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 1 pm. The Meeting, attended both online—via Zoom and with some members present at Gualala Arts provided an opportunity for Gualala Arts members to meet nominees for the 2022 Gualala Arts Board of Directors and vote for the proposed slated of Gualala Arts Officers. Gualala Arts also took the opportunity to appreciate our volunteers and present Volunteer of the Year and Heart Beat Awards to volunteers. Only Gualala Arts members were eligible to attend, make nominations and/or vote. Those with limited internet access were able to attend in-person with a few tables and chairs made available at the Arts Center.

The meeting was for Members Only. Members were requested to RSVP to Gualala Arts at (707) 884-1138 or register online. In addition, proxy-voting was available for members on request.  Here is the election slate, confirming the board and officers for 2022:
