Laura Leigh ("Sushi Girl")Come join the fun and eat sushi. Create beautiful maki (rolls) with rice, nori vegetables, smoked salmon, and mock crab. Make cucumber salad with wasabi and pickled ginger. Soy sauce and chop sticks included.

This is Laura Leigh’s second Beginner’s Class — to teach about making the sticky sushi rice, preparation and rolling the maki presentation, and edibles for your places.

“So many people from this area missed my first class in March of 2014, so here we go again, spreading the easy way to ‘roll your own sushi’ — the very best food you can eat.” The nori (seaweed) with a seasoned vinegar in the rice and many different vegetables plus sea food to suit your personal taste — it’s so fun! Come join in the maki making and eat your delicious rolls at the end of the class.

Also making it affordable by lowering the class fee. Join the “Club Sushi” on Tuesdays.
