Martial Arts

Martial Arts classes are for everyone – the young, the old, the fit and the not so fit. In 1½ hours you get it all: self-defense, focus, stretching, strengthening, balance and a cardiovascular workout. Come join us for this energizing and empowering class.

About the Instructor

Lini Lieberman-ErichLini Lieberman is a Martial Arts Master and has been practicing the Martial Arts for 40 years. Lini has a teaching credential in physical education, is a certified personal trainer and a post-rehab conditioning specialist.

Lini has developed and taught credited college self-defense courses. In both elementary and high schools she has taught self-defense through the physical education program. Lini has also taught self-defense workshops through county mental health departments, police departments and rape crisis / domestic violence centers, and for home health nurses. Lini is currently the contracted self-defense instructor for Project Sanctuary (a rape crisis / domestic violence center in Ft. Bragg) and has been teaching their workshops for 20 years.
