The North Coast Artist's Guild presents the 20th annual Studio Discovery Tour. The tour will be August 25-26 and Labor Day weekend, September 1-3, 2012. Come explore unique artist's studios in coastal northern Sonoma and coastal southern Mendocino Counties on a free self-guided adventure.

Meet painters who dabble in oils, pastels and acrylics, potters, print makers, carvers, woodworkers, fiber artists, photographers working in black and white, color and digital, jewelers who enjoy playing with metals, gemstones, glass and vintage materials, and mixed media artists who call the northern California coast home. Be inspired, as they are by the rugged beauty of nature unspoiled.

Each artist offers a unique look at what the creative process means to him or her. Come stay for the weekend, pack a picnic lunch, or visit our local restaurants and wineries while enjoying this delightful experience.

A tour brochure with photographs of each artist's work and a detailed self-guided map of how to find the various studios will be available by June 1 by emailing tour director Marianne Baxter at wildiris@gotsky.com to place your name on our mailing list.

Check the websites NorthCoastArtistsGuild.com and Studio-Tours.com for updated information.
