For those of us wanting to write the stories of our lives, this class is the place.
We'll write and discuss our work in class workshop fashion, learning about the art and craft of memoir writing, of personal voice, and the language and style tricks used by masters. But mostly, we'll enjoy the ongoing process of creating, revising, and editing non-fiction, beginning with memories begging to be recorded, and ending with sculpted, refined stories, we and/or the world will read with awe.
