Cost:
$195 per child for the two week session (materials included) if paid on or before June 1.
$250 per child if paid between June 2 and June 19.
$295 per child if paid between June 20 and July 1, if there is room available.
(No refunds after June 1; refunds before June 1 are subject to a $25 staff fee.)
$100 scholarships are available with a written request submitted with application.

Gualala Arts Summer Art Program for Youth
will be held
starting July 10 and continuing Tuesdays - Fridays through July 20,
from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (9:15 a.m. first day).
All children are invited to participate in the Summer Art Program for Youth, sponsored by Gualala Arts. This program has been extremely popular in its past 20 years.
Open to pre-school (age 4) through 8th grade.
PreSchool Art and Fun with Annette Orenick from the Point Arena Little School
Older children will experience the following classes:
The Art of Beading for Fun with Rhoda Teplow
A brief history of beads and tool safety. Students will make a variety of items such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, key rings, bookmarks, and a wrapped chip bead tree.
Creative Printing with Jane Head
Students will be painting, stenciling and printing to make gift bags, cards and envelopes or file folders.
Culinary Arts with David "Sus" Susalla and Stacy Roumas
Taking inspiration from the Global Harmony Series, students will learn techniques and recipes from around the globe.
The Art of Clowning Around with Bryn Harris
Classic red-nose techniques, comedy rules and the six universal jokes will be taught. Creative prop and mime work will also be explored.
Ceramics with the Rusty Potter
Basic hand-building techniques and wheel throwing. In addition to creating their own ceramic sculptures, students will get to glaze a pre-made hand thrown bowl to take home.
Painting with Tina Freimuth
Students will learn the basic of painting and brush strokes using acrylics and watercolors to create self portraits and landscapes.
Parents and grandparents are encouraged to sign students up in the spring.
