This self-defense class is all about empowerment. The skills, tools and information presented will open your eyes to the simplicity of preventing a possibly dangerous situation from occurring as well as the ease of performing self-defense techniques. Physics rather than strength make self defense possible for everyone regardless of their physical condition. Have you ever considered a cane, walking staff or hiking poles as a self-defense tool? Come check it out.
