Alfredo Orozco, who is a professional meat cutter at Surf Super, will demonstrate how to use a "stone" to sharpen various knives and then "dress" them with a "steel."
Now if none of this makes sense, he'll explain what all these terms mean. Alfredo will also explain the different types of knives and how they are used. After the demonstrations everyone will have an opportunity to have hands-on experience of sharpening a knife with professional results.
