Lucinda Weaver will be conducting a modern dance workshop. Each class will begin with a warm up combining floor barre with Pilates mat core stabilization. The modern dance class will be based on the Cunningham technique providing dancers with an ongoing experience in learning to see, understand, and explore movement. The class will finish with a movement sequence and choreography. Weaver, a solo performer/choreographer, danced with the Margaret Jenkins Dance Company.
