The Ernest Bloch Bell Ringers will be joined by the Anchor Bay Children's Choir for their annual Christmas Concert for the Coast on Saturday, Dec. 22nd at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 when purchased in advance and $15 at the door. Our youth are especially invited to attend - 17 and younger are admitted free.
Our local bell ringers will be presenting a concert of beautiful holiday music, performed on four octaves of English Handbells. This group also enjoys singing along with the bells. A highlight of the concert is sure to be Sita Milchev singing "Ave Maria." Sita will be joined by Jeanne Jackson and Linda Bostwick in three part harmony for "Winter Wonderland." Davina and Elise Allen will sing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town." And the audience will be invited to sing along with the bell ringers on several holiday pieces.
Interspersed with the bell ringing, the Anchor Bay Children's Choir will perform. The choir will also join the bells on "Jingle Bells" and "A New Year's Carol."
The haunting sounds of the bells and the beautiful voices of our singers, young and not-so-young, will resound through the auditorium at Gualala Arts. Come join us for a fun, holiday concert.
