Fine a capella music from the 16th through 20th centuries.
Join the us for a program of sensuous and sometimes silly songs sung in all seriousness.
This performance will also include a special guest, a professional mezzo-soprano named Jennifer Beattie whose parents have a home on the Mendonoma coast and she will be visiting them the weekend of the concert. Based in Philadelphia, PA, Beattie has been a soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra, the National Opera Orchestra at the Kennedy Center, the Opera Company of Philadelphia, the National Chorale at Carnegie Hall, and has given recitals around the U. S. and Europe. She holds a Master's Degree in Voice from the Manhattan School of Music, and has premiered many pieces by prominent composers written specifically for her.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $5 more on the day of the performance. Youth 7 to 17 are admitted free.
