The 2010 Major League baseball season became an utter delight: nothing short of a miracle for San Francisco Giant fans. The loveable underdog team captivated hearts and turned even non-believers and distant fans into fanatical diehards.
In honor of the opening weekend of the 2011 Baseball season and to celebrate this beloved Giants' team, the Whale & Jazz Festival invites everyone to a sneak preview, premiere performance of "SF Giants, We Do Love Them All," written by Larry Vuckovich and performed by Vuckovich, piano and sensational vocalist, Jeff Oster, written especially for the Festival. The song is a spirited up-tempo bluesy and soulful jazz/Latin number laden with heartfelt lyrics naming many of our adored Giant players, such as in the Chorus:
It's tough to repeat
But it sure would be sweet
And this team has the spunk to do it!
The fans are back,
The park is cozy,
So, here we go again
For the love of our Posey!
Enjoy Gualala Arts' brick oven, wood-fired pizzas, Giants' official brand hot dogs, spring greens salad, and Pazzo Marco gelati cones. No-host local wine, microbrews & soft beverages available. Earlybird tickets $15 thru March, $20 thereafter, include food & entertainment.
