Holiday Showcase
December 2, 2011 through January 1, 2012
Gualala Arts Center
Throughout December until January 1, the Holiday Showcase in the Burnett Gallery will offer a wide variety of carefully selected gifts for shoppers who want to support local artists, artisans and vendors.
Holiday shoppers will find creations from the many special groups associated with Gualala Arts such as the Pacific Piecemakers Quilt Guild, the Basket Makers and the Clay Art Group. In addition, wares from selected local artists and vendors will be included. As always, the Arts Center office will sell selections of See's candies for those looking for an inexpensive gift or stocking stuffer.
Those who discriminate and seek original and creative gifts that are different from the usual commercial fare will find a large and varied selection in a wide price range without facing a long drive on winter roads in shortened daylight hours. The money saved on gas can go a long way in purchasing a valuable present the recipient can enjoy for years.
And don't forget to visit the
Dolphin Gallery Holiday Boutique,
which has a wide variety of wonderful handcrafted pieces such as jewelry, home décor, seasonal baubles, knitted or stitched accessories, small art works, and numerous other items.
The Holiday Boutique is open daily from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., November 22 through December 28 (except November 24 & December 25).
The Gualala Arts Center, located at 46501 Old State Highway in Gualala, CA,
is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m.
