Rent the Gualala Arts Center

Gualala Arts is an ideal location for your business meeting, seminar, workshop, wedding, anniversary, birthday celebration or fundraiser.  Situated on 11 acres of redwoods, the 15,000 square foot Art Center has the right size room and amities and aesthetics to fit your needs.

The outdoor BBQ, situated among the redwoods has a large permanent BBQ, eight picnic tables with adjacent water and electricity.

Proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance is required when liquor is served, when the building is rented for the day, or when there are 100 or more attendees.

Wedding rates include the whole building for $5,000 rental with a $750 deposit for cleaning, docents, etc.

Additional amenities for rent include: overhead projection, slide projection, digital projector, 16' wide screen, two portable screens at 6' wide, 45" TV, VCR, copy machine, facsimile, dry erase boards, flip chart easel, wired and cordless microphones, stage lighting, sound system and sound and lighting person, a 9' Yamaha Concert Grand piano, a Mason and Hamlin grand piano, table settings and wine glasses for 200, martini glasses, 50 cabaret-style tables, black and burgundy colored tablecloths, round and rectangular tables, chairs for 350, large coffee pots, four large chafing dishes, and complete cooking essentials.

Coleman Auditorium & JAMI Amphitheater

The 62'x40' wood-floored Coleman Auditorium can seat an audience of 300, can accommodate tables and chairs for a dinner of 200, cabaret-style seating for 200, has a classic bar, a 30x30' stage with theater lighting and superb sound system, and boasts a spacious double dressing room beneath the stage.

Large barn doors open from the rear of the auditorium stage to expose an outdoor amphitheater with a 12'x36' stage and seating for 250, dedicated to Jane Agnes Mandelbaum Ilfeld (JAMI).

Saville Kitchen

Our complete, state of the art Saville Kitchen adjoins the auditorium with a 60-second dishwasher, 8 burner double oven wolf range, large commercial refrigerator, ice machine, and table service for 200.

Jacob Foyer

The 36'x36' Jacob Foyer has slate flooring, bar, sink and expansive windows revealing over 60' tall redwoods.

Howell Conference Room

The carpeted 32'x18' Howell Conference Room easily accommodates 20 to 30 people and has a large 45" TV with VCR.  It is adjacent to the kitchen, has windows open to redwoods, and an outside door to a deck.

Mohr Mezzanine

An upstairs 36'x26' classroom has vinyl flooring, restroom, large double sinks, tables, chairs, arts library, additional outside staircase, sound system, TV and VCR, and large windows framing towering redwoods.

Classroom

Our downstairs classroom can accommodate 20 people, has windows and an outside door opening to a redwood grove.
