Join Mary for two days of creating beautiful jewelry with Precious Metal Clay (PMC)!

Jewelry Making with Precious Metal Clay, with Mary Neuer Lee PMC is a new and exciting medium that requires no jewelry or metalworking experience. The clay is made of molecular-sized particles of fine silver in an organic binder. It can be formed, carved, stamped, folded and molded!

Students may choose to do one day or both.

Day One will be an introduction to PMC and no experience is necessary. During this introductory workshop, students will create pendants, earrings, beads and bails as well as learn finishing and coloring techniques.

Jewelry Making with Precious Metal Clay, with Mary Neuer Lee Day Two requires some experience with PMC. Students will have the opportunity to design and make their own rings, learn the techniques needed to size a ring and add texture, as well as different ways to set fire-in-place faceted stones. Every student will leave with finished works of art!
