This self-defense class is all about empowerment. The skills, tools and information presented will open your eyes to the simplicity of preventing a possibly dangerous situation from occurring as well as the ease of performing self-defense techniques. Physics rather than strength make self defense possible for everyone regardless of their physical condition. Have you ever considered a cane, walking staff or hiking poles as a self-defense tool? Come check it out.

About the Instructor

Lini Lieberman-Erich Lini Lierberman-Erich is a Martial Arts Master and has been practicing the Martial Arts for 35 years. Lini has a teaching credential in physical education, is a certified personal trainer and a post-rehab conditioning specialist.

Lini has developed and taught credited college self-defense courses. In both elementary and high schools she has taught self-defense through the physical education program. Lini has also taught self-defense workshops through county mental health departments, police departments and rape crisis / domestic violence centers. Lini is currently the contracted self-defense instructor for Project Sanctuary (a rape crisis / domestic violence center in Ft. Bragg) and has been teaching their workshops for 15 years.
