Based on the movements of nature, Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, peace, and flow. During this weekend, you will learn a complete set of Tai Chi moves and exercises that you can take with you and integrate into your everyday life. Kenns's unique style of teaching integrates Feldenkrais and Awareness Through Movement lessons with tai chi enhancing the learning process.

More about Kenn

Kenn Chase Kenn Chase is an international teacher of Yang style tai chi and a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner. He has been teaching for over 35 years in various settings including universities, hospitals, corporations and retreat centers.

He is a co-founder of the TAM Program of Cardiovascular Associates of Marin and San Francisco, a unique therapeutic lifestyle change and heart disease reversal program. He has been the stress management consultant to this program for 15 years.

Kenn was the original tai chi instructor at Esalen Institute in Big Sur and worked first hand with such mind-body pioneers as Fritz Perls, Ida Rolf, Moshe Feldenkrais and Charlotte Selver. He brings the wisdom of these "greats" into his unique style. Kenn teaches ongoing classes in Marin and workshops at Esalen.
