Pushing the Edge... a workshop designed for painters who want to expand their vocabulary and deepen their work. Starting with realism you will move in many directions, expanding your vision with a seven colour palette, a Hans Hofman's approach. We will work with luster, image, memory, intuition-form and space, and more. Come and push the edge and find something new.

Laura J. Rose graduated from S.F. State in 1974. An experienced abstract and realistic painter with work shown in the U.S. and seven other countries. She is interested in helping you develop individually. Recently her painting "Guardians in the Mist" (top right) was used for the cover of an international book catalog.
