Camelot

Saturday & Sunday
November 10 & 11, 2012
1:00 p.m.

It is with great pleasure that Art Center Theater announces its Tenth Anniversary Celebration Musical - Lerner and Loewe's Camelot - a musically beautiful classic, peopled with richly crafted characters who tell a wondrous and fantastical tale of love and honor.

Camelot was very popular on Broadway and was made into a hugely successful movie. However, the current official version Art Center Theater is producing is a bit different than the productions that most folks have seen on film, or heard on the original Broadway cast recording. It includes some characters that are not present in the more familiar version, and some of the songs are different. Also, there are very important roles for men, women and children!

Whether you join us on stage, back stage or in the audience, our production of Camelot is sure to be a great deal of fun!

If you are interested in auditioning, the schedule this year is the following:

Auditions - Saturday & Sunday, November 10 & 11 at 1:00 p.m.
Private coaching - (by appointment) in November & December
Music rehearsals - start December 4
Production rehearsals - start January 3
Performances - February 22, 23, 24 & March 1, 2, 3
