Ralph Lee Hopkins Antarctica. The name alone brings to mind the great explorers, giant tabular icebergs and, of course, visions of lovable and often humorous, penguins.

Join National Geographic photographer Ralph Lee Hopkins on a voyage aboard the National Geographic Endeavour for this visual journey to the infamous Falkland Islands, the wildlife-rich island of South Georgia, the ice-cloaked South Orkney Islands, and on to the fabled white continent of Antarctica.

Join Ralph as he shares images from his many voyages to Antarctica with Lindblad and National Geographic Expeditions. A geologist by training, Ralph's passion for this remote and wild place is evident in his narrative about the land, the ice, and the wildlife. And, along the way, he offers tips for improving your own travel photographs.
