Sita Milchev, renown locally and across the United States and Europe as a wonderful vocalist and performer, will present a cabaret-style Broadway Revue at Gualala Arts Center for two performances, on Saturday, October 27 at 7:00 p.m. and a Sunday matinée, on October 28 at 2:00 p.m. Sita has collected songs written by some of the most prolific song writers and lyricists ever to grace the Broadway stage. Some will be familiar and some you may never have heard before. She will be bringing us ballads and comedy songs, solos, very clever duets and group numbers.
Sita will be joined by her "Friends," a group of some of the most talented voices and performers on the Mendonoma Coast; Tony Ariola, aka "Teo," Haidi Calkins, Cassy Grossman, Laura Leigh, Sam Parsons and Gloria Wood. Sita & Friends will be accompanied by Gloria Wood on grand piano and keyboard. Gloria is an incredible voice teacher, vocalist, performer and accompanist. She is also a longtime friend of Sita and has performed and toured across the United States with her. Advance tickets are $20, $5 more on the day of the performance. Saturday night performance includes sweets baked especially for you by Sita and a "no-host" Martini Bar. Sunday matinée will include a small brunch plate and a "no-host" bar featuring Mimosas.
