Gualala Arts is having a free art exhibit from members of their Interest Groups in the Burnett Gallery with an opening on February 9, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. through March 2. The Interest Groups of Gualala Arts play a unique role in the community by providing the opportunity for people with similar interests to get together to enjoy and support the arts.

We're looking forward to seeing art pieces from these groups: Basket Makers, Beads N' Beyond, Fiber Arts, Life Drawing, North Coast Artists' Guild, North Coast Photographers Group, Open Clay Studio, Pacific Piecemakers Quilt Guild, Plein Aire Group, Woodworkers.

The opening reception will be extra special. We will have performance pieces during the opening from our other Interest Groups: Art Center Theater, Chamber Music, Gualala Arts Chorus, Readers Theater. The Culinary Arts Guild will create a visual feast of hors d'oeuvres.

The Gualala Arts Center, located at 46501 Old State Highway in Gualala, CA,
is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m.
