Foyer Exhibit: 
Point Arena High School Students, sponsored by FoGR
May 7 through June 6

 

From May 7 through June 6, the creative energies of Point Arena High School students will vibe the walls of the Elaine Jacob Foyer. An opening reception will be held in honor of these fresh-faced talents on Friday, May 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. All are invited to meet and greet the artists and to enjoy complimentary refreshments. Admission is free.

Mark your calendars for this one folks÷itās a double feature! Following the opening reception, Point Arena High School students will present "Shades of Gray," four one-act plays. Curtain time is 7 p.m. Admission is $5÷cost for seniors and students is $2.

Friends of the Gualala River (FoGR) will for the first time sponsor an award for the student art show. A cash prize of $50 will be awarded to the student who best captures the spirit of Mendonoma ecology. For information on Friends of the Gualala River, call 785-3431 or see gualalariver.org.
