Beautification Day

Gualala Arts has scheduled its 5th Annual Beautification Day for Tuesday, August 7, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The grounds around Gualala Arts Center are in need of weeding, pruning, tree and shrub shaping and the usual clearing out of unwanted or discarded debris.

Indoor projects include organizing, cleaning, paint touch-ups and a variety of other tasks throughout the Arts Center. There is something for everyone's skill level.

As in previous years, lunch and break goodies will be provided.

It is strongly recommended you bring your work gloves and gardening tools. In order for the organizers to plan for adequate snacks and lunch, please e-mail Michele Marshall at geomichele@hughes.net or call Gualala Arts at 884-1138 to sign up.

The Gualala Arts Center, located at 46501 Old State Highway in Gualala, CA,
is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m.
