The Menu: prepared by the Dinner at Six team...

• Mojitos and festive appetizers like Cuban black bean dip and tropical shrimp and fruit skewers;
  
  
• Caribbean chicken with pineapple cilantro rice, mango salsa and Jamaican slaw;
  
  
• Trinidad corn pie and island rum bread pudding.

The Cost: $25 per person, note that proceeds support the Gualala Arts Center kitchen.

is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m.
