Annual Members & Board of Directors meeting

at the Gualala Arts Center

The Gualala Arts Annual Membership Meeting will be held in the Arts Center's Coleman Auditorium on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

The meeting is open to all members of Gualala Arts. Financial reports will be presented for the year 2008, budget for 2009, and there will be a brief presentation of the organization's accomplishments during 2008 and plans for 2009.

Elections will be held for new members of the Board of Directors plus officers for the next twelve months. Nominations can also be made from the floor, but the proposed slate of nominees currently includes Steve Carnes, Bruce Jones, Esther Munger, Bill Retzer and Martha Wohlken.

The proposed slate of officers for 2009 is Michele Marshall, President, Don Kemp, 1st Vice President, Mike Turner, 2nd Vice President, Bruce Jones, Treasurer and Paddy Batchelder, Secretary.

Refreshments will be served and there will be plenty of time for discussion with current Board members and officers of Gualala Arts.

The Gualala Arts Center, located at 46501 Old State Highway in Gualala, CA,
is open weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and weekends from noon to 4:00 p.m.
