Saturday, November 3, 2007 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Gualala Arts Center

You have questions, we have answers. On Saturday, November 3, 2007 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Gualala Arts with its co-hosts, RCMS Auxiliary, Shamli Hospice and South Coast Senior Center is hosting a health and information resource faire.

There is something for everyone, from children to teens to mature adults. Representatives from at least forty agencies will be here to answer your questions ranging from Social Security, Medicare, children health concerns, dentistry for children, healthy eating habits, disaster preparedness, complementary medicine, helicopter services, VA services and much, much more.

Redwood Coast Medical Services (RCMS) will be offering FREE blood tests for cholesterol and blood sugars. Staff will be available to do blood pressure readings, answer questions about hypertension, diabetes, and health questions in general. Flu shots will be available, donations gratefully accepted.

Need information on relaxation techniques? Massage therapists will be present to answer and demonstrate the powerful effects of massage.

For those of our community who donate blood, the Blood Bank of the Redwoods will be there to accept your most generous donation.

The Gualala Arts Center, located at 46501 Gualala Road in Gualala, CA,
