Designed for you if you already have an Instant Pot, or other pressure cooker, and know how to use it but feel like you could learn more and do more. In this class, Jill will show you how to cook pot in pot, making multiple dishes at once, and share other tips and recipes for more experienced users.

The menu will include Mixed Vegetable Curry and Rice, how to make broth, Winter Veggie Soup, Cornbread and Cashew Cheezecake. Come ask questions and to sample what is made.

Jill Nussinow aka The Veggie Queen™ is a Registered Dietitian, chef/instructor at Santa Rosa Junior College for the past 30 years and the author of 4 cookbooks, 2 of which are about pressure cooking: The New Fast Food and Vegan Under Pressure. She is known as an Instant Pot expert throughout the world, as some of her recipes are featured in the Instant Pot booklet. Jill has been teaching people about the joys of pressure cooking for more than 20 years, long before the Instant Pot came onto the scene. If you are afraid of pressure cookers but think that you would like to learn what they can do for you, this is your class.
