Working with resins, participants will explore the concept of how “gesture” acts as a vehicle of interaction with surroundings.
Students will spend Friday afternoon with the artist Mojo modeling their clay according to the guidelines described by the artist. Saturday will be dedicated to mold making, with students being able to recognize and apply a 2-face mold for resin casting. Sunday will be dedicated to casting — this day, students will cast their own mold with urethane resin.
Materials, lunch and the manual “How to make a Mold” will be provided to each participant.
See exhibit description “Gesturing in Resins”.
