Instructor Debbie Langwell offers aerobics classes to meet every need – Dance Fitness, Aerobics & Strength and Interval Training. Students at all levels of fitness are welcome, instructor makes no judgments and tailors the exercises to each student’s capabilities.
On Monday and Friday, the class is Dance Fitness. Dance your way to better health – no jumping jacks, pushups or pull-ups! These classes are an easy way to get your aerobic exercise while enjoying great music and dance moves.
On Wednesday, Debbie offers Aerobics and Strength Training, which focuses on core work, muscle building and strengthening, and overall body flexibility.
About the instructor
Debbie Langwell is an American Fitness and Aerobics Association (AFAA) certified Aerobics Instructor with 20 years experience teaching aerobics. She also has a personal trainer license. Debbie has been teaching aerobics exclusively at the Gualala Arts Center since it opened in 1998.
